Tech Suites

| Tech-Suites was created to facilitate the occupancy of smaller companies ranging between 150 to 400 square feet by providing, efficient, cost effective space with redundant bandwidth. Unlike the traditional executive suites operation, the Tech-Suites service menu is based on IT services such as co-location, web hosting, ASP's, ISP's verses secretarial services and copies.
The first phase of Tech-Suites consists of 14 suites; please contact the Property Manager for current availability. The second phase consists of seven suites and will be pre-leased and open in 2003. Tech-Suites are not an INCUBATOR. |
